Nutrisure is an antioxidant/mineral rich supplement designed to promote optimal nutrition.

Key Features

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Not designed for therapy of Iron deficiency anemia since there is no Iron in the formulation.

WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children store in a cool dry place. Tamper-resistant package, do not use if outer seal is missing or broken.

PRECAUTIONS: The formulation at recommended doses contains higher than average doses of folic acid and vitamin B12. Patients with pernicious anemia should be monitored for proper control since subacute combined degeneration is possible if the patient is only treated with folic acid and inadequate Vitamin B12. Iron should not be supplemented without confirmation of Iron deficiency.

ADVERSE REACTION: No adverse reactions are known at the recommended dosage.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Nutrisure is designed to be used as a dietary supplement. The recommended prescription dose for a 70 kg adult is 2 tablets 3 times daily with meals or otherwise as directed by a physician.

OVERDOSAGE: Excess of dosage may produce diarrhea.

HOW SUPPLIED: Brown and yellow spotted tablets. Supplied in bottles of 180 tablet
